Hey Mama

Potential Bad Ass Mum to be,

YOU PROBABLY FEEL LIKE YOU'VE BEEN ON A CRAZY ROLLER COASTER RIDE SINCE BECOMING A MUM (OR IS THAT JUST ME?)

I THINK WE CAN ALL AGREE THAT BEING MUM IS A BLESSING AND YOUR CHILD IS THE MOST PRECIOUS BEAUTIFUL THING YOU'VE EVER LAID EYES ON, BUT YOU CAN'T DENY THAT BEING A MUM IS BLOODY HARD.

THEN ADD HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT YOURSELF and how on earth you will approach getting back into your pre-pregnancy clothes ON TOP OF THE mental load we have going on.
it's a lot.

Thats why I wanted to make it easier for you and created an exclusive programme called

the badass mum project

It’s an online coaching programme and NO,  it’s not automated and you won’t be talking to a robot.

This programme is tailored to YOU, for YOU!

I believe coaching is about unlocking your true potential and in order to do that, you need to be able to talk to an actual human who’s also a Mum and has been on a similar journey before with the qualifications and experience.

Don’t you think?

You’ll be personally coached by yours truly - me, Miriam Rehman, owner of Miriam’s Imperium and the creator of the B.A.M project.

In fact you’ll have 7 day WhatsApp access to me every single week you’re on the programme, to not only ask me questions but for me to check-in with you, push you when you need a push or help and guide you to give yourself permission to cut yourself some slack because us Mama’s are too hard on ourselves.

If you don’t want to go to the gym, then girl - you don’t have too.

Don’t want to eat plain chicken, broccoli and rice? - thank goodness! Because I’m not that type of girl.

Together, we'll embark on a fitness journey like no other. I believe that exercise should be fun, empowering, and tailored to your unique mum life.

Say goodbye to boring routines and cookie-cutter programs – with me, you'll experience a whole lot of joy and results that will leave you feeling like the unstoppable badass Mum you truly are!Say hello to a community of like-minded mums who are cheering you on every step of the way.

Together, we'll conquer your fitness goals, embrace your inner badass, and become the healthiest, happiest version of yourself.

I don't always have availability - so if the button above is active, I have space!

a bit about me & My journey

at the begining

Hey, my name is Miriam, owner of Miriam's Imperium & the BAM project. I'm a qualified L3 Personal Trainer & also pre & postnatal qualified.

My journey into becoming a Mum wasn't what I expected.

A few months after having my son Isaac in 2022, I remember looking in the mirror one evening whilst brushing my teeth thinking I had aged about 20 years.

My face was a lot rounder than I remember it to be. My eyes looked smaller and the bags under my eyes, well, as you can probably imagine - were always puffy!

Not only that, when I look at myself in a full mirror, I seem to have formed some wider hips than what I remember having? “or was that just fat?” I kept thinking.

the struggle

Day by day, I would walk past my wardrobe where my old ‘pre-pregnancy’ clothes were and head towards the drawers where I had my ‘temporary’ clothes that I would wear for now until I could get back into my old ones.

The ‘temporary’ clothes were always made up of the usual, long baggy top - short or long sleeved, some tracksuit bottoms or leggings. And I would wear this every single day.

Despite having a beautiful baby boy, I was unhappy in myself, for several reasons.

Despite having a beautiful baby boy, I was unhappy in myself, for several reasons:

The pressure I put on myself to breastfeed.
The lack of sleep.
The drastic change becoming a mum for the first time.

The result

To be honest - I missed my old life.

That made it hard for me to have patience with my son and my family.

In 2023, after being diagnosed with Postnatal Depression & Anxiety, I got Therapy for it through the National Health system.

I promised myself that year that I would get back into my pre-baby clothes.

That's all I wanted, to just get that element of ‘Me' -  the ‘Me’ I knew back! since everything else in my life had changed.

But losing weight (even as a qualified, well experienced PT)
I found it hard!

the new me

During that first year postpartum, I realised the need for connection and interaction with those who have been through it too and looking back now, they were my rockstars.

Almost 1 year Postpartum, I finally got back to my pre-pregnancy weight and into my old wardrobe.

In fact I went into my Son’s first birthday feeling my absolute very best and didn’t worry for 1 minute about what I looked like.

Amazing! Miriam is so supportive and knowledgeable

They say losing weight doesn’t make you happy, but it can and it can improve your quality of life and the type of Mum you want to be to your child/children.

This is why the Bad Ass Mum Project was written.

I want all Mama’s out there to feel Badass and to walk, live and breathe the mother they’ve always dreamed they would be.

And that starts with a happy & confident one.

How online coaching works 👇🏻

But here’s the thing . . .

The Bad Ass Mum project won’t be for everyone.

It’s for Mum’s who are very serious about making a change in their lifestyle in order to become the very best Mum they know they can be.

Results aren’t just going to magically appear without some form of effort and openness to being coached and changing old habits.

But also, the Mum’s who are willing to understand and go through the process of maintaining the weight loss after the goal has been achieved.

Because it’s one thing losing the weight, it’s another ball game maintaining it.So, Bad Ass Mum, are you ready to embark on an adventure that will transform your life?
